This particular plant, located in north eastern Kentucky, is a state of the art modular home facility. As of the Fall of 2005, we have partnered with a half-dozen of the finest factories in the United States.

In addition to the Kentucky plant featured in the video on this page, we also have relationships with modular home factories in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, and most recently Idaho. These plants allow us to directly assist clients across the eastern half of the United States, as well in the Pacific Northwest (including Washington, Oregon, and Idaho). As we continue to expand our relationships, we hope to be able to serve the entire country by the end of 2006.

Our “factory-direct” sales model is something quite revolutionary within the modular home industry. Most manufacturers still continue to cling to the outdated distribution model which requires consumers to order their modular home though the local “authorized builder” or “authorized dealer”. While these entities do serve a purpose in the modular home construction process, they are left unchecked when it comes to pricing. As a result, having a modular home built “the old way” can cost anywhere from 15% to 30% more than working with us.

The fact that so many of the most prominent manufacturers in the business are slowly embracing our program shows us that we are truly in the process of revolutionizing an industry.
